Accomplishments

SINCE 2016 WE HAVE BUILT 76 HOMES

ACCOMPLISHMENTS SINCE HURRICANE MATTHEW IN 2016

– Contributed toward replacing  over 50 roofs in TRICON after Hurricane
– Built a home for Pastor Leon Fritznel (Hope Alive employee)
– Built a home for Pastor Françoise  (Hope Alive Administrator)
– Built a roof for Peter (Hope Alive employee)
– Built a home for Pastor Douyon in Port Au Prince for him and his 10 children
– Built 2 homes for sisters living side by side whose homes were washed away by the Hurricane
– Built an addition onto Pastor Douyon’s home to have more room for his children
– Replaced roof, doors and scraped & repainted all walls for Lovely’s home in St. Mark after fire destroyed it
– Repainted the entire inside of Little Hearts Orphanage in Port Au Prince

PREVIOUS ACCOMPLISHMENTS WITH TEAMS GOING TO HAITI 2010-2016

HOPE ALIVE CLINIC

– Tore out 2nd floor at Clinic and built 4 new bathrooms & offices.  Spearheaded by Joel Lepore
– Finished off Solace hospital by installing all electrical; fans; lights and switches
– Finished off bathrooms by painting and tiling along with installing fixtures
– Wired and painted new Solace hospital
– Built shelving in stock room for storage of supplies
– Contributed toward the building of dormitories for mission teams to stay

WORLD VISION ORPHANAGE

– Installed  Water Purification System
– Installed 2 new ceiling fans in children’s cafeteria for air circulation
– Sealed roof on children’s dorm
– Painted the entire Orphanage inside and out. Sealed roof on missions house
– Built road outside of Orphanage to main road
– Installed 4 showers with fixtures and accessories in Missions house
– Installed new drainage system for all sinks in Orphanage
– Unclogged septic system so all sewage was being extricated properly
– Built concrete walkways and play areas throughout Orphanage
– Distributed clothing and food on a regular basis
– Bought new shoes for the boys and girls to start school
– Provided backpacks and school supplies for the children
– Provided new curtains for Missions house
– Built shelving for bedrooms and living room for school supply storage
– Built cubbies for the children’s dorms to store their clothing
– Repaired and remodeled inside of Missions house to accommodate missions teams
– Built new retaining wall  in the children’s play area as the old one was crumbling and was a hazard
